We start with our Initial Consultation. Then, create our Project Adventure Map and Compass, which scales in complexity depending on your budget. We include two rounds of revisions minimum. We build our websites following both best practices and conversion-focused design strategies. We provide any needed website text and images. Set aside time to ensure both the front and backend are optimized and mobile-friendly. And most importantly, have fun while keeping open lines of communication to answer your questions along the way!
This price range is perfect for entrepreneurs who are just getting started or businesses with simpler needs! Our consultation will focus on ways to streamline your core content, consolidating your message into a powerful and concise website structure. As well as planning smart asset integration by reviewing and repurposing any existing text and images you might have, which both speeds up development and saves you money. Allowing us to focus on powerful essentials and exciting designs!
This price range is great for businesses that have outgrown their current website, are looking for something new and fresh, or want to switch out of a bad provider partnership. Here, we take a more all-encompassing approach. Investing time in a more in-depth Project Adventure Map and Compass, focusing on how our new website can complement your exciting needs and workflows. With room for more pages, deeper customizations, and longer revision windows, get ready for your exciting new future!Â
Expanding on the other price ranges, these builds are great for businesses that have deeper team integration needs, additional/expanded rounds of revisions, and more complex goals. We achieve this by adding things like regularly scheduled connection meetings, including additional customer points of contact throughout the build, and devoting larger amounts of time into expanded features! We prioritize learning your needs and adapting our flexible processes accordingly.Â
Once our website is built, the Adventure Plans kick in, handling your ongoing needs. With continuous updates, security checks, and access to submit support tickets, our goal is to provide peace of mind, knowing that your site is in expert hands, allowing you to focus on what you do best!
In furtherance of our commitment to excellence, these deliverables are included on all plan levels!
Are you looking for high-quality business cards that match your new website’s brand? We can create the custom design files and manage the entire printing process right here in the area. By printing locally, we can deliver exceptional quality while supporting another nearby local business.
Do you have images that you want to use, but they are not up to par? We can clean them, chop them, and add your branding to them to help you stand out!
Following a workflow similar to our business card process, we can work with you to custom-design any needed printed material. Things like Menus, Brochures, Display Signs, etc. Then print them here locally.Â
Look professional by continuing your brand beyond your website! We can achieve this by creating custom on-brand post templates and account banners for your social media accounts!
For the post templates, we offer the option to add the post text that is provided by you directly into the image file.
Alternatively, if you are comfortable with editing. We can create a background template and provide the image files to you, so that you can reuse them by adding your own text!
At this time, we focus on creating and providing top-notch files for you to post on your accounts.Â
Are you having a busy month and running out of support tickets? No worries, instead of upgrading your Adventure Plan to unlock more monthly support tickets, we offer them a-la-carte as well!Â
Power Ups are currently exclusively available to customers who also partner with us for a new website build.
The typical website build has three payment stages:
SEO is a large topic that is always changing based on search engine updates. With that said, we do include quite a few SEO deliverables in our builds. If you are looking for something more, we can connect and add them as deliverables to your build. We are also planning on adding varying levels of power-ups for even further customization. We are also experimenting with the new emerging field of AEO, which focuses on AI website optimization, and will be available via power-ups as well!Â
Here is what we include by default:Â
The amount of dev time you have access to varies depending on which tier of adventure plan you are using! This resource is as simple as it sounds: you have access to X amount of time each month. All you need to do is email us with your tasks, and we will tackle them and subtract from your monthly dev time.Â
Note: To help ensure consistent availability for all clients, hours are allocated per month and do not roll over. Also, if needed, access to additional time is available upon request.
Included in our Warden adventure plans and up is “Domain acquisition and management”. This means if you do not already have a domain (www.YourWebsiteDomain.com), we will provide you with some available options and acquire the domain that you select.
With that being said, we do put a limit of $30 on these new domain acquisitions, which will cover most domain options. If there is a premium domain that you would like that goes over the $30 included budget, then we can just talk about a small added cost to cover the additional funds needed.Â
At SQUIRE, we purchase and manage domains through GoDaddy’s platform and do need any existing domains for websites we build transferred to our account so that we can properly set up our CDN.Â
If you get a new idea that you would like to add to the build, just let us know, and we can talk things over! The two main factors are when this new idea is added and how much time is needed to create this new idea.Â
If we are still building the website, this new idea will likely be outside of the project scope, but we can see how we are doing on time, or explore options to expand the quote if needed!Â
If your new website is already live, shoot us an email, and we can take a look! We might be able to add this new idea within your monthly dev time.Â
This is a tricky topic!
We will never lock you out of the website if this is something that is important to you. But with that being said, as partners that genuinely care about your success, we highly recommend leaving the edits to us. With nearly a decade of experience, I have worked with many clients who wanted backend access and ended up accidentally introducing errors into the build, in some cases, crashing the whole website. There have only been two instances that I can recall where customers making their own edits worked out well.Â
If the website crashes due to something added, edited, imported, or removed by a non-SQUIRE staff member, then monthly dev time will be used to make the necessary repairs.Â
With that being said, if this is important to you, we can talk through some options and find a solution! It is possible for us to create accounts and “rope off” some areas of the website to help add guide rails in hopes of avoiding issues down the road.Â

While we do not recommend this option, it is something that we can do. Each situation is a bit different and will result in a higher build cost. This is due to a few reasons, such as to help make builds more affordable, some of the adventure plan funds are designed to cover a portion of the build cost over time, which wouldn’t take place if you do not sign up for an adventure plan. There are also new complications we would need to consider when it relates to things like software licenses, server PHP versions, server bandwidth availability, where we build the project, how we migrate the project, and other similar tasks to consider.Â
